What is the cost to us?
There is no additional cost to your facility.
What equipment will we need?
If you have a computer with internet access then you
need nothing more than that! We’ve provided all the
rest.
How do we get started?
Each site will need to provide a list of users to us.
We will set up the accounts and issue passwords.
What new responsibilities will this place on my staff?
Currently your staff has to write out all requests and
logs or other records for tracking. With this service, you will simply enter
the request on-line instead and wait for us to do the rest.
Access your reports on line for viewing/printing.
How do we get help if we have questions?
We are available by phone, email and online live
support from 7:00am until 5:00pm EST. In addition, we have an emergency line
for after hours or weekends.
