Our provision of such medical records and related information is audited by IBM, is fully HIPAA compliant (HIPAA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act which assures your medical information remains private). In addition, on our medical record accessibility systems we require dual logins thereby assuring the highest security for your medical information.
4. How to Request Deletion of Previously Provided Information:
If you have submitted personal information to RSO and would like that information deleted from our records, please send an e-mail to us at unsubscribe@RSO.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line of your message. Upon your request, you will not receive any further communication from us, and RSO will delete your personal information from our existing files. Please note that removing your e-mail address from our mailing list may take up to ten days, so you may receive additional messages from RSO for a short period. Should you receive any messages from RSO following your removal request, please rest assured we are working on your request and no further action is required on your part. In the event that a user unsubscribes from our database, RSO will retain a record of any personal information and the unsubscribe action for our internal records as evidence of the action and our compliance with this Policy.
5. Intention of Responsible Stewardship of Information:
It is our intention to be a responsible steward of the information that we hold in all respects.
